Avela Consulting’s feasibility study provides a high level view of the considerations involved in successfully accessing the China market. It includes a risk assessment designed to protect your brand and intellectual property with recommendations for patent, copyright and other registrations and certifications.

Another component of the study will consider your position within the China Market. For instance, is it a niche market? Does it make sense to introduce your product in a regional market with benchmarks for expanding country-wide? If so, where is it best to start? What are the best mediums for messaging to the target audience? What sort of infrastructure is involved (warehousing, distribution, customer support)? Such questions are addressed in the feasibility study, along with recommendations on how best to direct available funds.
